This is cheating but I weighed myself after my long walk/jog today and the scales say 172 lbs. I know it's that low because I'm somewhat dehydrated and as soon as I drink a glass of water that number will go back up a bit, but it's so cool to see those numbers on the scale again because not long ago the scale was reading 183 lbs. I'm trending in the right direction.
I missed my fast day this week because I wasn't prepared, and DS had his wisdom teeth removed yesterday. We ate pancakes for dinner! LOL I'll get back on track next week :) Can't be too hard on myself, those pancakes were delish!!
