Ran a mile this morning. P90X Chest and Back today about 6PM. I'm 194.6 right now. Started Feb. 18th at exactly 200. These next few weeks on P90X should really kick things into gear. Feeling a little lighter. Still trying to get my legs to do what my mind wants. They are pretty weak right now. It will get better in the next few weeks as my strength comes back.
