Had a series of get togethers this week that made planning my meals difficult, so I wound up eating more than I would've liked in some cases, or things I knew I shouldn't have been eating, so my loss came as a surprise to me! I think I'm regaining a sense of how my hunger truly is and my natural portioning should be, which frankly, I was worried about because I found compliance so hard in the past (though even through all my weight fluctuations I'd never quite been this big).
Thankfully, I had a lot of support when I was feeling a little off the rails this week, between the person I've been seeing and my daughter who has been at home on break, there to remind me to check in (and in the case of my daughter, take my aside a couple times to help me get out of that food zombie headspace) with how I'm felling.
