I really think this scale at the doctor's office is inaccurate!UGH. I feel like I lost more like 4lbs not 1pound but I guess it is better than gaining.
322.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
