Had my favorite food today, and did not eat it until I was ridiculously stuffed. Felt like a tiny victory. Came home from work and just wanted to eat and eat and eat. Had a half a can of soda and some left over food. Thankful again that I didn't have a bunch of food in my kitchen to just eat and eat and eat. It's amazing how you'll start off wanting one thing (Mr Goodbar), and when you can't have it, your body will try to tell you all this other junk that you want (milk shake, cookies, ice cream). I've been weighing myself compulsively, and, especially now that I'm not getting the results I want, I really think I need to take some time off from the scale, keep trying to listen to my body, and exercise.
