Omad yesterday
Black bean curry ( delicious ) salad with olive oil and keto mayo.
Buttered keto biscuits , candrel choc and handful nuts.
Also feel less bloated
132.7 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
