I did not get in any exersize today. I went to work at 2pm and off at 9pm. Went back to work at Midnight and got off work at 3am. I did pretty good diet wise. I plan a trip in a couple of days, and I have tons of things to do. I will have to plan to take some things with me on my road trip, so I do not fall victom to Potato chip. (chips are my weakness)
