My food journal misses me, I am not sure I missed it. I was in a conference in Orlando the past few days. Diet wasn't where it should have been, but I stayed at a hotel 1.5 miles away from the conference and walked to and from it everyday, plus walked around the conference itself. I tried to be as healthy as possible, with the breakfasts and lunches being provided for us and being forced to go to restaurants for dinner.
