Been drinking over a gallon of water a day. I bought 6 gallons of water at Walmart for 78 cents a piece. Great bargain. Only I have to lug them into my office. I get my work out there. I left several in the car, and have them for an emergency as well as for work. I will most likely start refilling them with tap water from home and recycle as work water is nasty. I am definately hydrated as I can tell by all the trips to the bathroom. I just hope the water starts flushing out my system and I lose more fat...The drink more water challenge doesn't appear to be one I will fail at. lol On a super positive note, when I lose 6 more pounds I will no longer be considered overweight by the Army and taped for body fat. Woot. I have been passing body fat tape for years, but can't remember the last time I weighed in and didn't have to be taped. That is someting to be happy for only 6 more lbs to go.

Be taped? That sounds demoralizing. Is it like a big yellow post-it that they put on your chest that's says "fatty"? :p

Tape measure. They measure my stomach, neck and hips and come up with my body fat number through this miracle calculation that facters in age, gender, height, and weight. If I an over 34% body fat I get to do extra PT and get flagged, meaning I am not able to get promoted, go to schools or receive awards. No stress in the military to keep your weight down lol. I do so feel like I have that big post it on my head:)
