I just joined this app today. My orthopedic dr. is trying to get approval from my insurance to give me a gel shot in my knees to help with arthritis pain and swelling. I admitted I need to lose weight but there are so many things out there just wanting your money and I've tried medicine but it didn't keep it off. He told me to watch my calories and eat half of what I normally eat. I am pleased with my eating today and really haven't felt hungry. I will be thankful for however much weight I can lose.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
