I've been at this for a couple years now. For the first time, in a long time, I'm having some trouble maintaining my healthy eating routine. I've injured my shoulder in a recent fall, and my back is killing me (sorry for the whining!). Since I haven't been able to maintain my fitness routine, now, more than ever, I need to focus on eating right. I've been pretty good at packing my lunch and breakfast, but I've been getting lazy. My plan is to focus on my routine e.g. prepare for meals ahead to time, continue to be active, but find alternative ways to move (instead of running), and most importantly, do not bow down to peer pressure. I'm not a monk. I plan on eating sweets, breads, beverages, etc. it's just that I've decided to be very cognizant about how much I consume.
