Working out every day - I alternate 60 min hard walking one day and then weights with 30 min walking the next day - and thus I'm eating a bit more I think. Meh - I feel good anyway, so we'll just keep going and see what happens.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
