Didn't exactly eat healthy last night. I had 2 Mexican corn-on-the-cobs with all the fixins'. I had been craving that for the past couple of days, so I finally had some. Oh how I wish I could reach my goal weight already! Doesn't look like I'm going to make it there by the time we visit family and friends next month. :( Let's hope I can still motivate myself enough to workout today. Twice might be pushing it. I just haven't felt very motivated lately....
**MORNING WORKOUT** Bowflex Xceed: (short workout *sad face*) -Overhead Backwards Press 2 x 15 (100lbs. total) -Pulsating Outward Squats 1 x 40 -Bicep Curls 3 x 8 (35lb. ea/side) -Hamstring Curls 2 x 15 (35lb. ea/side) -Chair Lunges 1 x 15 ....I just have no energy or motivation right now. Glad I got something in, but I'm upset because it's not enough to make an impact. :(
**EVENING WORKOUT** Treadmill: Time: 43 minutes Dist: 9.4 laps (2.35 miles) Inc.: 4.5, 5.5, 7.5 Spd.: 3, 3.5, 3.7, 4 mph Burned: Calories: 402 Fat Cals: 125 ....goal this evening was to do 20 minutes, since I just haven't felt very motivated. I've had to really push myself to workout this whole week. Even part of last week. I don't want to burn out already, but I'm afraid I'm heading that way quickly. Ugh.... glad I was able to do the full 43 minutes though. The problem is that I didn't maintain the higher speeds as long as I used to. Not sure how to get myself back on track....
