Feeling guilty. Had a Bacon Double Cheeseburger and Large fry from McD's for dinner last night. Today is a new day. I promise myself not to let my slip bring me down. Had a very healthy lunch. Happy Wednesday friends!

go for a hike and burn some extra calorie....thats what exercise is for so we can eat something extra once in a while. Dont beat yourself up we love you xoxox
