Ugh, I hate this. I'm not working out like I should be. I've eaten relatively decently but have been drinking. I had a giant burger and fries and lots of ice cream a couple days ago, but have been doing alright as far as catching myself back up. I just gotta get back on the horse, I guess. At least I'm not gaining.

I know I hate working out, but am making myself do at least a 30 minute "video" five times a week. So far so good, but it's only been two days, haha!
