8.8% - (.83 lbs drop in waste/water/fat - woot woot!)
Very consistent with the weight throughout the week...I must be doing something right with my eating habits to maintain this type of steadiness. Still obtaining my 40/30/30 split and in doing so maintainence has been successful. Beach season here I come! =)
