It's been quite some time since I last logged in but I've been busy being back at work and my hours are a little crazy. I've managed to stay on track at the gym although my eating has been a little chaotic as I now have to eat dinner at 9pm which often leads to an afternoon of grazing.

I'm also not sure if I can trust my scales? My analogue puts me at 58kgs and my digital is very temperamental. It says I'm 60kgs. My measurements are all down though so I think I'd rather trust the analogue :)
