My next mini goal is 209, it will so good to be out of the teens and only 10 pounds from Onederland. I have not been below 200 in over 6 years right after my son was born. I think I am finally in the right mindset to do it this time. I’m not doing it to be skinny or to look better. This time I’m doing it because I want to be healthier and strong. I seem to have more and more health issues arising and losing weight will help me deal with some of them.
