Went to a local festival with my daughter yesterday and allowed myself 1 sampling of food. Ended up getting fried vegetables (I know). Started eating them and half way through my stomach just tightened up in a knot. My body did not appreciated that greasy goodness it once did. That's a good thing! Very hot and humid today and did a lot of work outside so I'm burning up the cals. Happy Monday, what's left of it.
