So i have not weighed in for a few days as I had started cycle 2 of the diet and....wasn't really following it too well. Finally this morning I convinced myself to step on and no matter what the result just use it as a fresh start this week. Then Hallelujah!! I had lost weight! A miracle!
Now I am about a week into the diet and have lost 3lb with 3 more to go! I'm going to be super focused this week on eating the foods right, work is a big obstacle for me, but I'm working on a game plan around it.
Also I have exercised twice since starting the new cycle, which is better than the first...but still something i really want to improve upon as i think it will certainly help my results along.
