I hope all the dad's out there had a great Father's Day!! My hubby had to work the night before and the night of, so not much excitement for him.

I did horribly with my eating over the weekend. I've been in one of those hungry slumps, where I feel like I need to eat and just can't get full. I need to take a step back at those moments and tell myself that I know I'm full so I don't need to eat more. I've been trying to keep up with workouts though and getting at least 5 a week, so that's good, but I need to get my effort with food to match my effort with exercise.

This week my son has a class at a local outdoor pioneer museum where he gets to learn about what soldiers did during the civil war. He is a military fanatic so it's right up his alley. I am going to be getting to work a little later and staying a little later so I can drop him off and pick him up during the day, and that actually works well because this morning I got my run in and I should be able to do a workout in the a.m. the next couple days too. I'm taking Thursday and Friday off because I will be running both kids around, since my daughter has volleyball camp this week also and those 2 days they overlap. We might go camping after my son is done with his class on Friday, but for weekends you can only reserve 2 nights for a camping site, not 1 and my hubby has to work Saturday. So we'd basically have to pay for and reserve 2 nights and only use the site for 1. I left it up to my hubby, so we'll see what he decides.

Don't stress the eating to much, we all have times when it's hard to know when to quit. You have recognized the problem so next time you will do better. I know it!

Yeah the weekend booking is a pain in the ass. The way I see it if they haven't gotten it booked by now why not rent out at least one night?!?! Ah well, I hope you have a wonderful time if you do go, regardless. :) Hope all is well, have a great day!
