I ran interval sprints this morning. I did pretty well. I am trying to build up my endurance. So far all I am building is wheezing:) and figuring out I need to reorganize my IPOD Shuffle to hae better son lists. I didn't know alot of the songs I put on it and have a bunch I need to cull off as to slow.

You inspired me. Last night on my walk I alternated some jogging in. Nothing like sprinting, but it certainly got my heart rate up!

Great Radio Chick. I'll race you:) Lol. I have been alternating my work outs. I speed walked this morning. This is going to sound nuts, but I hurt more after speed walking than running. Different muscles I didn't know I had are screaming at me.
