Hey my friend! Leg workout looks pretty solid. Here are some of my pointers. I would try to stick to strictly legs on leg day. Some abs are ok. A solid leg day is very taxing on the body and nervous system. You wanna spend all your energy there. Also try starting your leg day with leg curls especially before compound leg movements. Do 2 sets of 20 at lightweight. Followed by 3 feeder sets of 4(low rep weight increases to work up to your working sets). Then 2 hard sets of 8 ending with a 30 second iso hold. This sounds counter productive but I tried it after following a program from a well respected trainer/bodybuilder. I was sold. Also make sure everything you do has a proper range of motion. Unless you are doing partial reps to finish out, the range and time under tension is key! Hope this helps some!

Thanks I'll start tweaking my leg day this afternoon with your recommendations. Most definitely will take out the abs and do leg Curls first. Thanks for the advice.. 💪🏾
