Lou Sue's Journal, 27 July 2021

Well, it's certainly been a while since I even thought about this. This week, I was presented with a crunch challenge and needed to make a decision about which weekly event to attend, as both meet on the same evening of the week. My choices were between my study group or my weight loss support group with programs. After discussing this with my life partner and husband, I chose the weight loss support group. So, now I need to get back into my routine and make mindful choices to get to my goal by the end of 2022. Today is my day one. 😌☺
