2 months, just missed 20lbs down. Took two days off to stay in the hospital. Had a small stroke. Now it's back to the program.
Have joined local Rec Center and plan to swim every other day.
It's been 10 years since I could do aerobic exercise. Damn beta blockers! Now I'm off them, losing weight and working out. It's about damn time.
