Pizza one day. Sodium from Chinese food yesterday (no rice, noodles, or egg roll--just veggies and pork). Ah the price I pay!
189.3 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.0 lb a week
