2441 kcal Fat: 82.13g | Prot: 118.32g | Carb: 248.01g.   Breakfast: Bacon Sandwich with Spread, Latte Coffee, Coffee with Milk and Sugar. Lunch: Chicken Noodle Soup Mix (Dry, Dehydrated). Dinner: Red Table Wine, Vanilla Yoghurt, Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, Tuttorosso Peeled Plum Shaped Tomatoes, Fresh & Easy Wild Rocket Salad, British rump steak medallion with smoky garlic and parsley butter. Snacks/Other: Dark chocolate jaffa cakes, Mars Tracker crunchy peanut bar. more...
