I have done super well with eating this week! Probably because I know I'm not making it to the gym as much. I will though only miss one day out of the three I normally go during the work week. I then usually go Saturdays and sometimes Sundays depending on my schedule, but it will be flip flopped because of my exam this week. I will go sunday, but saturday (since I take the exam in the morning during my normal gym time) I might go in the afternoon, but likely not--probably spend that with the boyfriend since that's the only non-work day we have together. Feeling good about the exam tomorrow, feeling good about my eating this week, feel good in general. Hopefully I can keep it up! Wish me luck!
