Found out last week that I'll be getting laid off from my job on March 31st. In a way I'm happy - but then I'm also worried about being able to provide for my family. I'll have the next month to look for a job, so hopefully I'll be able to find something. In the mean time I need to try really hard and not do any "stress eating." I pre-planned all of my meals for the week so I really need to stick to what I have to eat - no more eating out! Keeping my fingers crossed that everything will work out for the best.
