I made up for my little snack attack last night with a good little morning jog. Burned 477 calories according to my Polar Beat app, so that should put me back on par with my goals.

I think I'll get off the treadmill and take my morning runs outside. It's dusk/darkish at 6:00 am here so I need to get a reflective vest. It would be good to feel the morning air during a nice walk/jog before work.

By default, this 5:2 diet is forcing me to deal with my lazy food prep issues. I'm going to Wholefoods today to get some produce to have on hand for my fast days.

It's a eating plan where you do a restricted calorie fast 2 days per week. It's listed as a diet here on this site. I love it because it's helping me to improve my relationship with food :)

I bought a reflective vest twice for our shop. Available at ANY construction supply store and all over on line. I picked one up for myself once at The Tractor Supply Store. Good luck! And good job.
