I am disappointed that I'm not losing weight. Although I am losing inches from my waist. I'll weigh in tomorrow. I can definitely see the fat coming off my waistline. The BFC diet does work on this aspect, but now I'll have to alter it a bit. Wish I could get on the bike or treadmill, but it has only been 6 weeks since breaking ny foot and it'll be longer for the ligament to heal.
