I've got the exercising down, but having trouble eating right. I really need to go to the store and get some fruits and veggies. The hardest part for me is that I eat when I get board so I need to be sure to have healthy snacks around. I found a lot of fun new and exciting recipes on hungry girl and fat secret. I'm going to try making a couple this week so hopefully they are as yummy as the look and sound.
