Today is daughters B-day. I thought I would make her some cupcakes with healthier ingredients. She is health conscious so I know she won't mind. I bought some pretty cupcake liners just to make them interesting.

Made 24 white cake mix, with eggs, coconut oil, and 7 minute frosting. I know it is not part of the diet but I tried to keep it straight. I ate 2 1/2. I think that should come out to 1/10 of a whole piece right. lol ;)
