I've been losing soooooooo slowly recently. In a way it encourages me each week and in a way it makes me wanna binge. Hence why I have allowed myself a weekly binge IF I lose which is to be the day I weigh (friday at the moment) so that I have the rest of the week to rid myself of it ready for my next weigh in. I just wish this would go quicker. Its so frustrating. I AM working out a lot, but only cardio at the moment, so surely I can't be gaining so much muscle that it affects my weight-loss ?? Ah who knows. Oh and I wish more people would notice my loss. Where I am losing so slowly and no one is noticing it feels like I am doing it for no reason what-so-ever. GAH! Stupid people lol
