We have started pairing the ideal protein diet with the blood type diet food list suggestions. It has been working great!!! Once my husband switched protein from steak to chicken (suggested on his blood type)his weight is flying off. I stopped eating cauliflower, chicken and mushrooms and my weight lose has sped up also.
