Hi guys, Sorry not been around for a good while.I have been following Slimming World and kind if cutting out carbs and am down another stone, bit more till I went out drinking at the weekend. I have been skipping, using weights and doing home exercise like sit ups, knee lufts, waist twists. Getting bit of grief from friends and family that I am,losing too much weight, they just dont get me. I can become pretty obsessed and as I have lost a lot I fear it going bk on x
