Chicken bone broth, 3kg chicken carcass, 2 tbls apple cider vinegar. Get to boil then simmer 3 hr. Then add 3 sticks celery, 3 carrots, 1 big onion, fresh parsley and thyme, 2 bay leaf, 1 tsp black peppercorn. Simmer for another 24 hr. Strain. Give bones vegetables etc to big dogs. Take out as many black peppercorns and bay leaves (the dogs don't like that). Moosh it. I then take strained liquid and freeze. I do 3 x 350ml on fast days. I add 1/4 himalayan salt to each one to prevent possible salt deficiency cramps.

Wow 1kg in 36 hrs!!! How often do u fast? If I fast say for 36 hrs but drink about 5 cups of coffee with a bit of milk n water throughout the duration does that count as fasting?

If you fast it would be better to use cream, than milk as no carbs in cream. 2 - 3 coffees a day, with 1tbls in the coffee. No problem. But you still need about 1/2 to 1 tsp salt in the day, and electrolytes, that's why I drink bone broth with salt to stop cramps. I only fast if I have been very good for a few weeks and my body needs a little "encouragement". I also drink warm water all day. I suppose you could add a little salt to that. I also take magnesium tablet in Morn and multivitamin in Morn.

Thank u so much for the advice! I have bn successfully doing OMAD where I only eat one meal at 9pm but I do drink coffee with milk about 4-5 cups during the day with a bit of milk n lots of water! I also take a multivitamin and magnesium daily too! I will try the 36 hr fast n see how I feel! I will try the salt n cream 🥰

Great, sounds like you have a great plan. You can eat some cruciferous, if you are struggling to get through, like broccoli, kale, cauliflower steamed. Nothing else, maybe a little salt.
