Treadmill walk/jog 3 miles in 45 minutes. 6,200 steps. Shooting for 9,000 steps today.

The scale is so fickle. I weighed myself this morning and I was back down to 177. It's funny, at least I appear to be generally headed in the right direction. I never have been able to loose a consistant pound per week. It's up and down up and down for a long while then BAM, I lose 10 lbs 3 months later. I'm sure what's up with that...but...here we go again.
