I am hoping this works. I have struggled with healthy lifestyle issues all my life and really want to find something to help me keep organized and on track. It's that and the old story my fit healthy muscular boyfriend proposed and now I'm freaking about the dress LOL But we've both decided we want a healthy family and nows as good a time as any to start!
