Still feeling pretty sick. I walked yesterday for 30 minutes. That was all I could do. My stomach is turned flips this morning. I really wish this junk we have been passing around in our house would go visit someone else for a while. I need to get back to my exercise. I can tell a big difference when I'm not as active.
