Well this goes to show what happens when I don't write down my food intake. I made poor decisions and "over-snacked" this weekend. I also made a bad decision to let loose and ended letting way to loose with a 6-pack of Redd's Apple Ale on Saturday. I bet all of that sugar was just wonderful for my body! Grr..feeling so angry/disappointed with myself!
