Hola,
I haven't weighed in in two weeks. Bad me. But mondays are my weight-in days so i'll wait for tomorrow night. I'm scared though. What with exams i haven't really had much exercise cause i was studying all the time. And the stress made me eat a lot. (I'm realizing i'm a stress eater, beside every other knd of eater that i am). Plus the knee. Which is doing a looooot better thankfully. I can walk around again without crutches. It's still uncomfortable and not as flexible,cause there's still some fluid in there. And the lack of exercise and the injury combined has my feet swelling up at the end of the day. Which is not good. But i can still see improvement everyday,so i'm still hopeful things will sort themselves out. If i don't see obvious improvement once i get to exercising, i'll go visit my physiotherapist.
Tomorrow is my last exam,and then i have 3 weeks of class-free freedom before i have the final exams of this year. so to me that's looking a lot like three weeks of a healthy exercise-study balance.
I'm thinking of starting with cycling, cause it doesn't put as much pressure on my knee but will help to get the blood flowing and getting rid of the excessive fluids. Also I want to do some walks, nothing too strenuous, but to get everything flowing and getting a bit of my stamina back. For the rest, I have some freeweights at home, so i'll make sure to plan in time in my day to work with those as well. I'm giving myself 3 weeks to get to a routine.

So: tomorrow evening a much dreaded weigh-in and after that i'm starting with structured exercise.
