Gained back 2 1/2 lbs. since having the stomach bug. (The only good thing about being sick is that you lose weight. The bad part about it is that you gain it back quickly. Grrrrr!) Though I'm not pleased about it, at least it's better than gaining 5-10lbs. back. Gotta TRY to find something positive, right? Riiiiiight. lol Got to workouts in today. I still feel like I overindulged today, but I'm hoping it's not actually true.
**MORNING WORKOUT** Jillian Michaels' "30 Day Shred" (did it all the way through. yay! However, I did have to take a couple quick breaks in between. I find that I get out-of-breath easily since I've been sick. It's starting to get better though.)
