Oh dear, on cortisone I wonder if that makes a difference. Oh well, weight I believe is not linear. I'll keep trying. I will do a 24 hr fast this week see if that helps.
173.3 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Not a Dr, but I have heard that cortisone can cause 'weight' gain...think of it as puffing up....you will deflate again....it's not real weight that you gained

Thanks for that hope so, a bit deflating when you are good all week and you put on weight. I am going to trust in the process that weight loss is not always linear and life happens. 🤷‍♀️
