Yesterday was my day off from exercise. I work out 5-6 times a week. Since it has been so nice out I have been walking/running outside the past 2 days instead of going to the gym. Tomorrow I will probably go though because they have my favorite aerobics class (body works plus abs). I have been working out/eating better since January (when I weighed myself I was 278) so thus far I have lost 18 lbs. My goal is to be around 200 by September because there is a race my sister and I are planning to run in (it's 3.1 miles) and I don't want to walk any part of it! :)

Yeah I have noticed working out helps my weight loss plans a LOT. Good luck training for the race! Keep us posted!
