My wife hired a personal trainer to help with my weight loss and adding muscle. My first session is Friday February 25th 2011. My goal is to loose about 7 to 10 lbs. and then have my picture taken prior to the 2nd anniversary of my second heart attack (June 8, 2011).

The first year of weight loss consisted of swimming 206 miles, walking, and light workouts with weights.
