Didn't really follow the diet but we've been eating pretty healthy! Just a few slip-ups on the weekend. Course my husband has already lost 5 lbs! But I haven't lost any! Guys are lucky bastards! ^_^ Just kidding, I'm really happy for him.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
