thinking on going low Carb or keto 🤔? I'm in good physical healthy, meaning no health issues. last doctor visit both my good and bad Cholesterol was a little high but nothing that diet couldn't handle. right now I'm doing a Mediterranean diet.. so what's your thoughts 🤔 does low carb or keto raise Cholesterol?

I think it depends on what kind of fat you’re eating but not positive. I’ve heard it go both ways. I don’t like consuming all that fat, healthy or not like on keto. Wasn’t for me. Try and see how you feel?
