I was on a staycation last week and ate way over y calorie limits four of those days. For the most part, I ate whole foods, but I did eat some chocolate. I did at least go to the gym three times last week and walked for two hour another day. I may go on a 5 hour hike today. If I do the 5 hour hike, I will have to head out around 11am, because it is going to be 90 degrees today. Even if I don't do the 5 hour hike, I am walking today at least for 2 hours. I head back to work tomorrow and have to work 4 days in the row, which sucks.
