Started the day and week off on a positive note by chairing a 6am meeting at the Memorial Day Alcathon. Taking care of my mind and body feels amazing! Going to a parade in a little while to honor the vets for their service. Going to try so hard to stick to my calories today. That may not be easy with the holiday and plans for a picnic. I hope everyone has a safe and blessed day!
